They say we are parrots.

Human machines over the line.

Saying the same goddamn words.

"I am more that willing to help you"

I wait for the time when what we say is what we actually mean.

No mere robotic responses.

But human souls speaking comfort to the other.

"Let me assist you with your concern today."

Saved by coffee and furred jackets,

We brave the cold and moonless nights.

Willing to say 'I can help you with that'

Without thinking twice the impact of those words.

These are the days and nights of instant coffee,

Seven Eleven and Stresstab-driven youths.

In the pursuit of a better life

and helping families,

The youth today knows no bounds-

Be it the timezone or Department of Labor.
