somewhere far

There comes a time in everyone’s life when one has to choose between roads. Often it’s a choice between a road we already know too well, and one that’s much narrower, less familiar, bending beyond what your eyes can see. The thing is, you know you must choose—lest you remain a wanderer all your life and you simply run out of roads. Each one’s road is different. But all of us are born pilgrims: We are all meant to seek that one road that will lead us home.
It’s not an easy task, but don’t be afraid.

To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life.

I think all roads, in the end, lead us back home. Sometimes we just don't walk it far enough to arrive at where we started.

drew: i don't think so in a way that it is a fact that we go astray. but all road signs lead us home.

but that is a wonderful thought. still as profound. thanks for coming here!

Well, the road gets hard only when you decide to go with the less familiar one. If you go for comfort and security, then go for that familiar lane. But if you're the type who's up for a challenge, who wanted not just to pass the road but also widen it, then the less traveled road must be the one for you.

Just remember that there would never be shortcuts.
