Yesterday, the magic ten of the senatorial winners were officially proclaimed. It's not quite obvious that most opposition candidates managed to be in the top ten. They were great and it is really really good choice meade by the people. (I owe so much my Mama, Papa, Lola and teachers for making such brave stands.
SIX were GO (Genuine Opposition) candidates: Loren Legarda(the top notcher.Whew!), Francis Escudero(of great principle and morality), Panfilo Lacson(former chief-of-staff of PNP), Manny Villar("kapag may sipag at tyaga, may nilaga!), Benigno Aquino III(who was endorsed by his mother...lagot xay.) and Alan Peter Cayetano. TWO are from TU (Team Unity): the very ancient Re-elected senator Ed Angara and the man who said "kapag bad ka, lagot ka!" Sen. Joker Arroyo. And the other TWO were INDEPENDENT candidates Sen. Franciis Pangilinan and Gen. Gringo Honasan.
Ang ganda ng laban. Wise choice by the people of the democratic Philippines.
